Program Form Reminder

After Sharon ok's the programs you want to do and the dates you will be doing your programs, don't forget to fill out the "new" program blurb form for each of your programs.
You will find it on the Q drive ->My Documents -> Newsletter Articles & Brochures ->
Blurbs Spring 09 ->Blank Program Forms.
Just fill it out and SAVE AS either YA-Program Title OR YS-Program Title. e.g. YS-Earth Day OR YA-Girls Read.
Please make sure you fill out a separate form for each of your programs. e.g. 5 programs 5 forms.
Doing it this way will give everyone who needs this information access to the information when they need the information.
